Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be residents of any of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or US Territories.
• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
• Applicants must be enrolled in a college/university or registered in a qualified high school.
• Applicants must be located within the United States.
